In Greene County magistrate court a judgment was entered Jan. 13 against Elizabeth Louise McDonald Walker of Boone on a charge of trespass (casino self-exclusion). She was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge and $60 court costs.
A judgment was entered Jan. 18 against Darren Scott Lehrkamp of Jefferson on a charge of theft- fifth degree. Lehrkamp was fined $65 with a $22.75 surcharge, a $125 Law Enforcement Initiative (LEI) surcharge and $60 court costs.
Information is available since the return of an arrest warrant that Joe Edward Blackmon of Jefferson has been charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.
Cases were initiated in magistrate court as follows: Zachery Allen Waters of Grand Junction, disorderly conduct; Antwone Maurice Fentress of Grand Junction, domestic abuse assault- first offense; and Christopher Hollis Christian of Grand Junction, possession of drug paraphernalia.
Persons paid fines for scheduled traffic violations during the week ending Jan. 19 as follows: Timothy Michael Johnson of Jefferson, operating non-registered vehicle, $50; Matthew Dean Jacobson of Churdan, open container of alcohol- passenger, $200; and Lucas Andrew Svoboda of Guthrie Center, failure to maintain control, $100.
